Cochiti Pueblo Elderly Center - Senior Center in Cochiti Pueblo NM

Senior Center opened in late 1990’s. Goal was to engage and provide services to Seniors in the Pueblo of Santo Domingo .

The Placitas Senior Center is located seven miles east of the Town of Bernalillo and at the bottom of the Sandia Mountains. Activities at the Center includes exercise, card making classes, beading classes, slump glass classes, computer classes and Project Linus.

Mission: To provide services to the Pueblo of Jemez tribal members, 55 years of age and over, residing on the Jemez lands and within the service area. To serve those with the greatest economic and social need(s), which include low-income, frail, and impaired elderly.

The Jemez Valley Senior Center is located in Cañon, which sits near the Jemez River and the red rocks of San Diego Canyon just south of Jemez Springs. The Jemez Valley Senior Center serves the communities of San Ysidro, Ponderosa, Cañon, Jemez Springs, Sierra de los Pinos, and La Cueva. Activities

The Bernalillo Senior Center is located in the Town of Bernalillo. This center serves the surrounding communities of Algodones and the Northwest corner of Rio Rancho. Activities at the center include Bingo, Day trips, Exercise, Billiards, Project Linus, dancing classes and shopping trips.
