Selfhelp’s Latimer Gardens Older Adult center provides older adults with daily nutritious meals, English as a second language classes (ESL), computer classes, social events, and case assistance. Classes are offered in person and virtually. The social worker is available to assist with entitlements and benefits, community referrals, and more. For almost 40 years the senior center has been serving the older adult residents at NYC Housing Authority Latimer Gardens and in the surrounding neighborhood.
