Selfhelp’s Benjamin Rosenthal-Prince Street Innovative Older Adult Center was one of NYC’s first innovative senior centers and offers a wide variety of life-enhancing programs, including nutritious meals for seniors living in the surrounding communities. With a busy weekly schedule, older adults are invited to participate in classes for exercise, art, wellness, technology, and more. Classes are offered in person and virtually. The social worker is available to assist with entitlements and benefits, community referrals, and more. All are welcome to join!
