To help prevent social isolation among older adults, VACCEB provides essential services that are designed to empower seniors to attain - and maintain - a healthy, active, and independent lifestyle. These services include weekly activities such as recreation, music, creative arts, physical activities, field trips, and more. With over 200 participants monthly, whose ages range from 60 to 93, this program stands as one of the most popular programs at VACCEB.
