Overview

The Senior Center helps the community to recognize seniors as a vital part of the community, and to understand that aging does not mean the loss of value as a person. Seniors who are active in the community help younger residents see that they can be a resourceful, helpful, and active person in the community at any age. The Senior Center helps in providing some respite for families caring for older relatives and gives seniors a place to get respite from relatives that they live with.
