It is the mission of the staff and policies of the Ethel MacLeod Hart Multipurpose Senior Center to create an environment which welcomes older people, supports their independence, and affirms their dignity. Question by Deanna Marquart: Can I access the recording of the remote-only class last Thursday (November 21 -- pretty sure that's when it was) that consisted of low intensity exercise? I wish I could remember what it was called. Because it was quite low-intensity, I was surprised by how effective it was in relieving my leg and hip pain and I would really appreciate being able to follow the leader to do it again. If you can help, I would be grateful. Thank you.
