The Senior Resource Center is comprised of caring people responding to societal changes that are challenging our senior citizens and the people who care for them.

Wow! A really welcoming place to ease back into fitness. The classes are so helpful for balance and flexibility. I also get a kick out of walking with the group on local trails around our area.
