For over 20 years, Selfhelp’s Maspeth Older Adult Center has offered a wide variety of life-enhancing programs such as computer classes, concerts, lectures, health and wellness workshops, social events, as well as nutritious meals for Older Adults living in the neighborhood. Classes are offered in person and virtually. The social worker is available to assist with entitlements and benefits, community referrals, and more. All are welcome to join!
