If you are 60 years and older and have recently retired or find yourself bored and lonely, the Young Israel of Forest Hills Senior League may just be the right place for you. Imagine that you can participate in health related activities such as Yoga. Tai Chi, relaxation and many other diverse exercise programs, go on escorted trips to museums, historic homes, shows, shopping etc., enjoy a delicious glatt kosher full course “healthy” lunch as well as other activities for a minimal contribution then our center may be just the place for you. We offer information services on entitlements such as Access-A-Ride,SCRIE, Food Stamps as well as informative lectures on educational health topics to improve your lifestyle and well-being. We offer a technology class weekly and lap tops to use at your convenience as well as free Wi-Fi. We also offer Movies, Ping Pong, Bingo and various other games to improve your skills or to learn new ones. Although, we are not considered a large center, each member is a valuable part of our community - we welcome you to give us a try.
