| Comment: | I moved to Dawsonville address, Lumpkin County, in March when I thought my Center was in Dawsonville, but today found out I am in Dahlonega Lumpkin Center. Need to set up transit pickup to go to MVB in Cumming, GA to reinstate my driver's license. I am available anytime Tue/Wed/Thur (M-F I am at Dialysis Center). Can you pls call me 706-265-9185 asap so I can get my license reactivated to drive? Today is Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 3:26 pm Thank you. Also would like more info on your Center. |
