Overview
The Lincoln Council on Aging serves Lincoln residents of all ages with a wide range of services. We offer a wide array of classes and activities at Bemis Hall, many focused on topics of special interest to those 60 and over and their caregivers while others will be of benefit to residents of all ages. These include: educational presentations on health, legal, and benefits-relatetai chid topics as well as the humanities, arts, travel, and much, much more; fitness classes for all levels including strength and aerobics, Tai Chi, and line dancing; trips to exciting destinations; health clinics; games and recreation activities; social events; art exhibits and classes; movies and more.
