Question by Sonia Kim-Swindells (1 month ago): Dear Karen, I am currently seeking out elders for chair yoga classes; my mission is to promote healthy mobility status' for seniors to enhance their quality of life. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with extensive, current experience as a registered Occupational Therapist specializing in geriatric physical rehabilitation. I have instructed elders via chair yoga at assisted living residences, in the past. As part of my occupational therapy treatment programs-I have also instructed clients in breathwork practices,to foster optimal respiratory and mental health. Do you have a need for a Chair Yoga Teacher? I look forward to hearing from you regarding programming needs at the Senior Center. Feel free to text me too, at your convenience. Thank you and have a great day! Sincerely, Sonia Kim-Swindells, OT/Lic. MA Certified Yoga Teacher Cell:(978)394-7308
