The mission of the Ayer Council on Aging is to enhance the quality of life for the Ayer seniors. To accomplish this, ongoing activities, services, educational programs, and outreach are offered at our Community Senior Center . All seniors in Ayer community are welcome.

Dear Karen, I am currently seeking out elders for chair yoga classes; my mission is to promote healthy mobility status' for seniors to enhance their quality of life. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with extensive, current experience as a registered Occupational Therapist specializing in geriatric physical rehabilitation. I have instructed elders via chair yoga at assisted living residences, in the past. As part of my occupational therapy treatment programs-I have also instructed clients in breathwork practices,to foster optimal respiratory and mental health. Do you have a need for a Chair Yoga Teacher? I look forward to hearing from you regarding programming needs at the Senior Center. Feel free to text me too, at your convenience.
