The Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center is located in beautiful Tuscawilla Park. This center was formerly the home of WTMC, the first radio station in Marion County which started broadcasting in 1939. The Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center offers a wide variety of activities, programs and special events to our adult citizens. Bowling, bingo, bridge, dance, educational and environmental classes, exercise, games, health, movies, trips and woodcarving are available throughout the year.

Comment: I been going to 8th ave senior center for 6 month I enjoy the active I wish there were more. nutrition is my main concern senior should know more boards game day where pick a game for two hour and and a more crafts exercise and inside games like throw a ball in the trash can it sound dumb but good exercise thangs like that simple cooking classes with hot plate mixing ingredients a better calendar for 8th ave center so we would not miss any thang all active
