About Eagle Senior Center

In 1976, Eagle City opened the Eagle Senior Center in Eagle, ID. Since then, the Center has become an important congregating place for Eagle seniors. The Center and the programs that take place in it enrich the lives of seniors and address the isolation that leads to depression, poor health habits, and lack of emotional and health-related support. Programs at the Center include a broad range of health and physical-activity-related services, arts and cultural activities, intergenerational programs, educational programs and opportunities for civic engagement. Each week, more than 20 seniors participate in programs at the Center, evidence of the need for these services.
