The Human Services Department (HSD) Senior Programs operates 15 senior centers throughout the City of Phoenix for adults ages 18 and older. Each center is dedicated to providing participants with a variety of leisure and recreational activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Eligibility
18+ years
Membership and Fees
Membership is open to adults ages 18 and older who are independent in the following areas: toileting, eating and mobility.City of Phoenix senior centers and staff are not licensed to provide one-on-one care. The annual membership fee is $20 for Phoenix residents and $40 for non-residents.
