Who can join
PACE combines medical care and social services for the people it enrolls. Eligibility depends on your age (55 or older), the level of care you need (your state must certify that you need a nursing-home level of care), living inside this program's service area, and the program's other requirements, such as being able to live safely in the community with PACE's help when you join.
