The Magnolia House of Oneonta is a great choice for your family member to enjoy independent living options within a safe, comfortable environment. We provide assistance with basic needs such as bathing, grooming, medication assistance, and more. There is always someone available to help, regardless of the level of assistance needed. We are here to make sure the small things don't keep our residents from making the most of life. We are located near the center of Oneonta where there are restaurants, churches, and shopping. In addition, there are several outdoor activities nearby such as golf courses, a public library, walking tracks, tennis courts, and a gym. Three delicious meals are prepared daily by our dietician along with two snacks. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Telephone and cable television are available for an additional charge. Residents are encouraged to bring items from home to personalize their living space. Bringing pictures and furniture from home helps with the transition process. You and your family member's quality of life is important to us. A specialized and custom care plan will de developed with your input and your loved one's to ensure that we fulfill every need.
