At Point of the Pines Gardens, we focus on our residents, and strive to maintain and encourage their independence in a home-like setting. We provide activities that focus on a healthy lifestyle and support physical/mental health and well-being. As a licensed Assisted Living Facility, we offer an extensive package of services to our residents, including: 3 meals per day and snacks; 24-hour oversight; Medication administration; Personal laundry and linens; Housecleaning; Activities programs seven days a week. Point of the Pines Gardens accommodates individuals with limited incomes at a low price, with all of our services included in one flat fee. As a result, unlike many of our competitors we have no hidden fees for extra services or private rooms. In fact, we provide all residents with their own private bedroom and bathroom, and do not “double up” Medicaid or other tenants which is unique in the industry. We are proud to participate in the “Green Communities” program making Point of the Pines Gardens an environmentally friendly facility.
