About Northbridge

Since 2011, Northbridge has been dedicated to providing care, treatment and support to adults with physical disabilities, children with complex medical conditions, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services include residential habilitation, day habilitation, supported employment, assisted living, respite care, and more. Every service we provide is individualized to our clients’ specific needs by our staff of dedicated, compassionate professionals. Our mission is to promote a meaningful life by individually meeting the physical, intellectual, and social needs of each person we serve. We provide 24-hour service seven days a week for individuals who need regular assistance with daily living, activities and medical care, including medication administration, cooking, driving to appointments, money management, positive behavior support, and more.
