My neighbor had arranged a medical transport pick up for 4:15am a month ahead of her surgery. She called and spoke with the manager to again reconfirm her pick up and was reassured. However, he never showed this morn and she phoned me to drive her; it was a 45 minute drive for an open heart surgery. She was told upon calling that the driver thought it was 4:15pm and he was out on another pick up. After I called just now, the scheduler said he didn't look at his paperwork correctly; she did have it for 4:15am. So, multiple stories and an unreliable service. Driver's MUST get an advance phone call confirmation for these early pick ups or this would not have happened! Needless to say, she was excited about this service, but never plans to use it again! So unprofessional and disappointing. Please rectify this so this never happens to another senior.
