About Wahoo Senior Center

The Wahoo Senior Center is located at 235 E. 4th St. and is situated adjacent to (north of) the Wahoo Civic Center. Normal hours of operation are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The Senior Services operation and the Senior Center are funded by the City of Wahoo as well as income generated from the Community Thrift Store and Busy Wheels programs. Senior Services operates as a division within the Parks and Recreation Department in providing services to area senior citizens in matters relating to fitness and health, transportation, nutrition, recreation, economic welfare, and volunteering.
