Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, the Vandalia Senior Citizens Center is one of the busiest and most active centers in the region dedicated to the needs of those 55 years of age and older. The center is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and includes a little something for everyone. With special interest clubs for a wide range of hobbies, educational opportunities through Sinclair Community College, a travel club, congregate meals, special interest informational seminars and a low-cost transportation program, there’s always something happening at the Senior Citizens Center.
