TEL HI wants all seniors to feel healthy and vibrant, connected and mentally sharp. So our Senior Program in North Beach, San Francisco provides: Healthy hot meals every day Monday through Friday, at TEL HI on 660 Lombard Street! Hot lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11:00am-12:00pm in TEL HI's Dining Area; Group exercise classes, Tai Chi, cooking and gardening classes; Fun field trips; Special workshops, and technology support аnd мore!
