Overview
Our mission of the Sturbridge Senior Center is to support the independence and well-being of older adults, enhance their dignity and self-respect, and promote their participation in all aspects of community life. Our Center provides opportunities for social and civic engagement with fellow seniors and with the greater community. We offer various levels of exercise as well as a wide variety of educational, art, health and wellness programs. Through activities that stimulate and feed the body, mind and spirit seniors gain a greater degree of health, dignity and self-respect that adds meaning and value to their lives.
