The Darlington County Council on Aging's mission is to improve the quality of life for older citizens of Darlington County by service delivery and by coordinating services with other agencies. Our vision is to strive to help the elderly maintain a safe, self-sufficient and fulfilling lifestyle, with respect for the individual choices of the citizens of Darlington County.
