Club SEQUOIA is a wellness center for active seniors designed to reduce isolation and encourage healthy aging through physical, spiritual, mental and recreational stimulation. Programs are provided four days a week, three hours a day. Club SEQUOIA is a member of National Institute of Senior Centers. Senior centers are where communities embrace the opportunities and challenges of aging. They serve as a gateway connecting older adults, their families, and the community to resources that enable older adults (and eventually everyone as they age) to stay healthy, secure, and independent.
Membership Information
Membership fees are $350 per year, or $35 per month. No one is turned away because of inability to pay. If your insurance offers Silver Sneakers or Optum Fitness Advantage as a benefit, you can attend all regular SEQUOIA programs for free. Optum is part of your United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plan.
