Located in Plattsburgh, on the shore of historic Lake Champlain, the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County would like to invite not only Clinton County seniors, but seniors visiting the beautiful North Country to take advantage of the services offered by the Council. The mission of the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County, Inc. (SCCCC) is to ensure Clinton County seniors have quality social, recreational and educational programming, nutritious food, affordable housing and an engaged role in our community!
