My reasons for 2 star are. We were refused meals on wheels, and I'm contesting that refusal. I have to have a car!!AS of now I can't grocery shop so I have to do shopping on LINE and drive to Cdale to receive them which they load into my CAR. I can't go to Dr's visits without a CAR, then we have to call the shuttle get a wheel chair and then the elevator! Same way to go to worship I drive to the door get on the elevator stay seated the whole time and return home in same manner. When I'm too exhausted to cook I need my car We have several restaurants that I can order from and they bring it out to my CAR and we return home to eat! Seems there needs to be some exceptions?

My husband goes to Senior Adult Daycare of Carbondale and am very pleased with the services. Wonderful staff and he loves going. A big thank you to all!

I placed order to pickup 1 hot meal on Friday 10/2/20 at Murphysboro location. The pickup is between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm arrived around 11:50 am and part of my order had been given to individual's who had never place an order for pick up. (Due COVID-19, ding hall's are closed. Preorders must be made to guarantee a complete order is available. The standard is 1 hot meal and 4 frozen with bread and milk. The Director would not come to the phone. I was asked to call back at 1 pm. No one picked up phone. It was a joke, and professional.
