The SBSS Echo Park Senior Center opened on March 17, 2016, as a partnership between the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging, the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis and the Office of Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O'Farrell.
