Rosemount Parks and Recreation along with the Rosemount Area Seniors organization offers various programs, events, and trips for those who are 55 years and older. The recently completed addition to the Steeple Center is the new home to the Rosemount Area Seniors and all senior programming! The lobby area features a beautiful fireplace, gorgeous windows, café-style seating and is open to the public (Mondays-Fridays 8:00am -4:30pm, evenings and weekends based on events and activities). It is a great place to stop in for a cup of coffee, to catch up with friends, and meet new people. There is also a fully stocked game cabinet with a wide variety of card, dice, and board games, as well as adult coloring supplies, all available for use by the public! While at the Steeple Center, stop in Room 100, where the majority of the Rosemount Area Seniors' card games take place. Other programs and events will be regularly scheduled in this and other multi-purpose rooms in the facility, so check often for new and exciting opportunities!
