I applied twice for the meals on wheels program. My husband passed away in 2018. I do not drive and rarely get to go anywhere.. the first time I applied was 2015 when my husband had major back surgery. then again in 2018 before my knee surgery. Have NEVER heard anything.. I was told it would be 5 months. That was in 2018...
