Overview

The Raleigh County Commission on Aging dba the Commission on Aging, Raleigh County, is an agency dedicated to serving the needs of senior citizens in southern West Virginia, more especially in Raleigh County. Our mission of “Helping Older People Hold On To The Most Valuable Thing They Own, Their Independence”, dedicates us to improving the health and well-being of senior citizens in every facet of their life, that they allow. Having first begun services in 1977 and been chartered as a corporation since 1980, we have moved from Fayette Street, to Vance Drive, to City Avenue, to our current location at 1614 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV.
