Pulaski County Senior Citizen Center

The Senior Center is adjacent to the Alzheimers’ unit. Pulaski Senior Center is open to seniors 60 and over. There is a nice exercise area when you come in. A spacious dining area and game room. The facility is impeccable. We are just starting to decorate the wall with our group painting efforts. Lunch is provided at a nominal cost Monday through Friday and served by friendly staff. Exercise class of gentle stretches is Tuesday and Thursdays from 10 to 11. Facility Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 2PM. Stop in to visit and meet new and old friends.

I really enjoyed my first visit at the center today, I came for the tues gentle exercise listed above.. at 10a, but found out it was at Cancer Treatment Center,another senior lady told me, I enjoyed very good lunch and Bingo afterward, i'll start going and meeting new people, everyone was really nice,

The information of the senior center needs to be updated. Charlotte is no longer there. The exercise classes are at the Center Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are provided by Senior Friends of the Lake Cumberland Hospital. I did rate the center at 5 stars.

It's aweful now. This new lady don't know how to run a center. She won't last long.
