The PSS Highbridge Center is a safe and welcoming environment that provides adults sixty and over with the tools to live their lives to the fullest – keeping them healthy, engaged and connected through innovative programs, classes and services. Our membership continues to grow as we strive to provide the best quality service to our members and the community including nutritious congregate meals each day, along with programs on healthy aging, disease prevention, and fitness.
