Founded in 1980, Mat-Su Senior Services is the largest non-profit senior campus in the Mat-Su Valley, serving the widest geographical area of any senior service provider (or agency). In 1983, we became the first senior service Medicaid Waiver (CHOICE) Program provider in Alaska. Mat-Su Senior Services' primary mission is to promote honor, dignity, security, and independence for older Alaskans and to assist them in maintaining meaningful, quality lives. Eligibility includes older Alaskans, individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or Related Disorders, and anyone of any age on the Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver Program.
Membership Information
We welcome any individual 50 years of age or older to become a member of Mat-Su Senior Services. As a member, you will be a part of an active and culturally diverse group that knows how to keep the good times rolling with activities for the body, mind and spirit. Your membership rewards include: Eligibility to vote for the Board of Directors; Eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors; Receive Senior Chatter monthly newsletter; Participate in monthly events and activities. Annual Membership Dues $24; Lifetime Membership Dues: $100 Age 75+, $150 Age 65-74, $200 Age 60-64, $250 Age 55-59, $300 Age 50-54
