West Hills Social Commons is a division of the Owatonna Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Owatonna. Come and visit West Hills Social Commons. Owatonna West Hills Social Commons is a place for leisure and recreational pursuits for adults over 50 years of age. We are located on the West Hills campus off of State Avenue. West Hills Social Commons is a 'One-Stop Shop' for seniors with Healthy Seniors of Steele County, Semcac Senior Dining, Mobility Meals and of course West Hills Social Commons all under one roof.
