For more than 50 years the North Bend Senior Center has provided free services to both the seniors of our community and the community at large. We are proud to serve our community and our wonderful senior members by providing a safe, clean facility for daily use by active seniors in the Coos Bay/North Bend area.
Membership Information
We reopened after the pandemic (4/2022) and at least for the foreseeable future, there is no membership fee. We have lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If you are 60 years of age or older, lunch is no charge. If you are 59 years of age or younger, the cost is $5. Meals are hot and food is good!
Services
Our activities include Bunco, Tai Chi, Zumba, Ukulele, Pinochle, Chair Yoga, Chess, Photography Club, monthly Saturday night dances with a live band! We have BINGO on Friday & Saturday and a Dime Bingo twice a month. We have partnered with agencies in the community to bring services to seniors who may not otherwise know about. Updated 05/2023
