The Sanger Senior Center is dedicated to keeping seniors updated on issues pertaining to their well-being. This project is partially funded through the Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging (FMAAA).

The Senior Center promotes wellness and social activity for seniors through programs such as: crafts, games, dancing, dinner events, lunches, computer education, tax and benefits counseling.
