Overview

Since 2000, Horseshoe Pond Place has been providing Concord Area seniors with programs that promote wellness, independence, and healthy aging. Located in the beautifully renovated Page Belting Company building, next to Horseshoe Pond, the HSPP Senior Resource Center serves older adults ages 60 and over
