The center's mission is to reestablish and reintroduce Hinkley as a strong community, and to provide the community with a positive and healthy atmosphere while educating the community from the ground up, young and old alike in everything Hinkley has to offer. To enhance the life of all within the community as they grow and age. We will lead positive social change in Hinkley's community and deliver value to the citizens through information, advocacy, and service where needed. In a society where family time could be neglected, our mission includes providing a place for the entire community to come together as families and to restore a Positive Hinkley.
