Overview
As part of its strong commitment to the senior population, ICAP operates the Henry County Senior Center. Nutrition, socialization, and recreation are the primary components of daily programming. The Henry County Senior Center is for adults 55 years of age and older or for those who have a spouse 55 years or older. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm and some evenings for special events. The center is located at 108 S. Main St. in New Castle, IN. A hot lunch is served daily at 11:30 am for a suggested donation (if you are age 60+). A 24-hour notice is expected as the meals are ordered in advance from Lifestream. Activities include Wii Bowling, Bingo, Yoga, Euchre, and Movies.
