Comment: | Bowden is an excellent facility; however, participating members are not afforded notification of registration dates for quarterly registration unless you are physically in the facility around quarter end. Such notification could possibly be made via email which is obtained by Center staff during orientation/on-line registration or via a voice message to all participating members. It appears, more time and effort is given to registering those who access the Center daily and are not computer savvy. Pre-registration is especially important for those interested in water aerobic/aquatic activities since these classes are “filled by a lottery.” Late notification leads to individuals interested in aquatic classes being less likely to gain registration due to the limited number of class offering. Center could also offer more aquatic classes per day. |
