The Colleton County Council on Aging, Inc. Provide Services Exclusively to The Elderly. Supported Financially by Federal, State, County, Private and Client’s Donations. Mission is to address the cognitive, social/emotional and physical needs of the senior citizens of the county. This nonprofit human services agency provides hope, encouragement and support through an array of services designed to meet the individual client’s needs. Emphases are placed on the providing home delivered meals and services that promote health, wellness and preventive care.
