Are there any services to help seniors with out of control landscaping? My elderly brother has a massive blackberry mess in one area of his yard. it needs cutting down and spraying. I have a bad back and can't do it. I am worried about the fire hazard with it being that close to the house. We need a senior rate. Money is an issue
