I am a local author interested in speaking to your constituents about my new book, entitled On Two Legs and Three Wheels. It is a collection of two dozen inspiring and entertaining stories of my travels with my wife, who is disabled and uses a three-wheeled mobility scooter. We both now are in our seventies. Despite our constraints, we have traveled in recent years to nearly half the US states and another twenty countries. From the Arctic Ocean to tropical islands, from deserts and mountains to urban centers. By airplanes, trains, ships, buses, and automobiles. While the book relates interesting travel experiences that all readers can enjoy, it especially should serve as an inspiration to older and disabled readers to overcome their hesitations and keep traveling.
