About Fountain Inn Activities Center
The Fountain Inn Activities Center offers a wide range of activities for our Senior Adult community with Health and Fitness as the main focus, but, with some extra fun thrown in! the Activities Center offers group exercise classes daily, a new T'ai Chi Chih Class, In-door Walking, Access to the Fitness Center/ equipment supervision, Nutrition Education and Cooking with Clemson Extension, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Quilting with the Nimble Thimble Quilt Guild, Arts & Crafts, Computer Training, and much more! Write a reviewI take the class yoga with a chair and Nicole is the instructor. I was operated on 1 1/2 years ago and doing the stretches really is helping me. I like Nicole very much and urge seniors to take her class.
