Question by Chris (1 month ago): Hello, I was driving on Neal Street in Cookeville today when I noticed one of your vans not going with the flow of traffic. Many others and myself passed on the right side and that’s when I noticed the driver texting. I decided to watch to see how long she was distracted. I passed about a quarter mile before Cookeville Nissan and she was on her phone texting all the way to the intersection of Neal and South Jefferson Ave. This was at 1:30pm sept 24th. The woman was wearing a bright orange shirt and had brown hair in a ponytail. I normally do reach out for things like this, but if I was the owner I would like to know in order to prevent damages or injuries to those you guys are in care of.
