About Covington Senior Center

The Covington Senior Center offers recreational opportunities for adults (age 55 and older) to join together in fellowship and activities that enhance their quality of life, respond to their needs and interests, support their independence and encourage their involvement in and with the center and the community. The range of programs and activities available through Covington Senior Center include health and wellness programs, blood pressure screening, nutritional education programs, retired and senior volunteer program, AARP Covington-Alleghany County Chapter #1702, LOA - Area Agency on Aging Diner's Club program (Tuesday and Thursday), Meals-on-Wheels program, line dancing, Covington Senior Center Newsletter, covered dish luncheons, duplicate bridge club, transportation, shopping and much more.
