Cook County Senior Center

Overview

The Cook County Senior Center has been providing programs and services to Cook County seniors and their families since 1974. Today the Senior Center provides many more programs and services to help those aging to stay longer in their homes. The Senior Center also serves as a place for other organizations and families to gather for meetings and private events. Most find the Senior Center a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our programs and services complement and fill in gaps for services that other agencies, either government or non government do not provide. Should you or a family member ever need help, we are just a call away. Many programs and services are free of charge as we are able to provide these services with donations received from generous people like you, from our local businesses, and from a block grant from Cook County. The Senior Center's mission is to help seniors remain independent, active, and involved in their community. Your donation not only provides support for today but helps build a stronger foundation for the growing needs of tomorrow.
