Overview

At our four community Wellness Centers, seniors can enjoy a nutritious meal, participate in physical fitness and other activities, and enjoy the companionship of their peers. For many of our clients, visits to our Wellness Centers may be their only opportunity to socialize with their peers, get some exercise and enjoy a hot meal. Transportation may also be provided for seniors who do not have their own means of transportation.
